1960 Queen Street East

H&J provided electrical engineering services for this boutique residence in The Beaches area of Toronto. The project consists of a low level six-storey building with 28 residential units and retail on the ground floor. Unique design for this project included a turntable elevator for vehicles and a compact customer-owned hydro substation.
