H&J provided electrical engineering design services for the renovation and conversion of an existing office building to accommodate retail tenants in the first two floors for First Capital Realty. The scope of work included a full electrical service upgrade as well as voltage conversion of the existing building. As part of the project the mechanical penthouse equipment was replaced and a new life-safety generator was added.
