H&J provided electrical and security engineering design services for the construction of a new 4-storey, 150,000 sq. ft. mixed-use office/retail space complete with three levels of underground parking in the city’s downtown for RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. The scope of work included a customer-owned high voltage sub-station as well as electrical infrastructure throughout the tenancies and security design for the common space.
