H&J provided electrical engineering services for this mixed-use building on rezoned land for RioCan Management Inc. Located on Toronto’s Dupont Street, the project consists of 210 residential units and 33,000 square feet of retail space. H&J also served as the electrical engineer for the anchor retail tenant – a major grocery store.
