Loblaws Perishable Foods Distribution Centre

H&J provided electrical engineering as well as other design services for this 410,000 sq. ft. distribution facility, located in Surrey, British Columbia. The distribution centre has over 8 differing temperature gradients throughout the various interior areas, while the exterior of the building, due to proximity to various neighbourhoods, was designed to meet local guidelines and urban mandates. The building was designed to LEED silver certification.
