Manulife Centre

H&J provided electrical, communication and lighting design services for this revitalization project in one of Toronto’s landmark buildings, Manulife Centre. The project added 30,000 square feet of retail space on the podium level while providing a refresh of the streetscape and the public realm. Major upgrades to this 1970’s mixed-use building included a new 800KW generator plant, a new base building network and sophisticated LED lighting for the key entrances.
