Metro Distribution Centre – West Mall

Project consisted of the construction of a 210,000 sq.ft., automated freezer distribution center including 16,000 sq.ft. of administration and supporting office space. The warehouse portion has 75’ clear height facility utilizes energy efficient LED fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. Site works consisted of a new customer-owned MV substation, EV chargers and various site electrical for reefer plugs and block heaters.
