H&J provided electrical and lighting engineering design services for the renovation and expansion of the existing mall for Ivanhoe Cambridge. The scope of work included an alarm system upgrade and expansion into the over 300,000 sq. ft. addition. The existing mall common areas were redesigned and lighting was upgraded to LED. The new area consisted of a large food court, new washrooms, underground parking garage and retail units. The incoming power and communications were rerouted and expanded. Natural gas generators were added to power the previous battery-powered emergency lighting.
