Construction of a new, 300,000 square foot fully automated refrigerated distribution center including approximately 20,000 square feet of administration and supporting office space, on a greenfield site. The warehouse portion consisted of 75’ high ceiling and utilizes energy efficient LED fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. H&J electrical and mechanical engineering included customer-owned medium voltage transformers and switchgear, HVAC, plumbing, dimmable site and warehouse lighting and approximately 3MW of electrical vehicle charging.
