Walmart Surrey Distribution Centre

Construction of a new, 300,000 sq.ft. fully-automated refrigerated distribution center including approximately 20,000 sq.ft. of administration and supporting office space, on a greenfield site. The warehouse portion consisted of 75’ high ceiling and utilizes energy efficient LED fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. H&J electrical and mechanical engineering included customer-owned medium voltage transformers and switchgear, HVAC , plumbing, dimmable site and warehouse lighting and approximately 3MW of electrical vehicle charging.
