Collier Centre

H&J provided electrical engineering design services for the construction of a new residential/commercial and retail mixed-use space complete with four levels of above-grade parking deck. The facility consisted of a two-level retail/office podium, 8-storey office tower and a 9-storey condo building. Retail and office spaces were equipped with power/lighting infrastructure to accommodate the future tenants. The condominium portion of the building included a complete interior fit out and outdoor amenity space.
