Rideau Centre

H&J provided electrical engineering design services for the revitalization of the existing Rideau Centre in downtown Ottawa for Cadillac Fairview. The project included a 550,000 square feet expansion to the existing centre over 4 levels of above grade retail and 3 levels of below grade parking. The scope of work included for provisions for access to the future Ottawa LRT (Light Rail Transit) and a phased approach to ensure the centre remained opened to shoppers during the renovation. The project also achieved LEED certification.
