H&J is providing electrical engineering, lighting, security and IT design services for this massive 100 acre mixed-use development. The entire site is projected to be in construction for over 5 years across multiple phases. When all phases are complete, Trinity Hills is projected to have over 950,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, 1,500 residential units and create more than 2,000 jobs.
