H&J provided lighting design and electrical engineering design services for the renovation of the ground floor and basement of this prominent office tower in downtown Ottawa. The renovation included a new food court, grand entrance lobby, upgrades to the common corridors and elevator lobbies, new retail tenants and washrooms. In addition, the voice communication fire alarm system was replaced throughout this 27 floor,1 million+ square foot office tower. The construction was completed in many phases as the building remained occupied during the entire construction period.
