A multi-level retail development consisting of three two-storey retail buildings, two single storey retail buildings and a Costco retail warehouse and associated gas bar, all interconnected by a two-level parking structure. H&J coordinated all utility services for the development along with detailed design for the power, communication, lighting and fire alarm for the interconnected parking garage and retail buildings.
