Siemens Office

H&J provided electrical engineering design services for this new six storey, 150,000 square foot office building for First Gulf. The project was designed to meet LEED Silver and included all site works, emergency generator with capacity for use by the tenant and the fit-up of the tenant Siemens who occupied the entire building. The ground floor included a display area for Siemens to display their iconic products, and a custom lighting scheme was implemented to present them with impact.
