SmartCentres Head Office

H&J provided electrical engineering design services for this new two- storey 150,000 square foot office building for SmartCentres. The project included all site works, partial basement parking area, emergency generator with capacity for the IT systems and the full tenant fit-up. The building also included a squash court and helicopter pad.
