Electrical and lighting systems were designed for the renovation of the ground floor and basement levels of this landmark Ottawa office tower. The project included a new food court, a reimagined entrance lobby, upgraded common areas, new retail tenants and renovated washrooms. The voice communication fire alarm system was also replaced throughout the 27-storey, one million-square-foot building. Delivered in multiple phases, the project was completed while the building remained fully operational and occupied.
