Electrical engineering design services for the revitalization and expansion of the mall. The project was divided over multiple phases beginning in 2012, including a 150,000 square foot expansion, 300,000 square foot two-level parking garage and high voltage infrastructure upgrade. The design included the implementation of Oxford’s first DALI lighting control system in a retail centre. A network of over 40 high voltage switches were upgraded and replaced, providing the property with multiple redundancies on the high voltage feeds to the building. H&J collaborated with the local utility and the City Council on all infrastructure upgrades and site works throughout the project phases and assisted in the development of new pedestrian scale lighting on the exterior with the client and the City.
