Metro Distribution Centre – Vickers – Phase 1

Construction of 294,000 sq.ft., 75’ high, state-of-the-art automated, refrigerated distribution center including 5,000 sq.ft. of operations/maintenance and 20,000 sq.ft. of administration and supporting office space. Due to the limited available site space, this project also included for a 96,000 sqft underground parking structure. This facility utilizes energy efficient LED fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. Site works consisted of a new customer-owned MV substation, EV chargers and various site electrical for reefer plugs and block heaters.
