Electrical engineering design for the open air concept shopping centre. The original development was situated on top of the existing mall and included a new two-storey office building, 12 retail buildings, interconnection to the existing six-storey office on the site and four level above grade parkade. The buildings surround a park and communal area, featuring a fountain and skating rink in winter. The property fire alarm was specially designed as a ‘campus style’ system and connects the various stand-alone buildings. The original mall construction occurred at the beginning of the LED lighting era and included first generation LED lighting throughout.
